Yip Man: Now deceased. Wing Chun Grandmaster. Teacher of Bruce Lee in Wing Chun Kung Fu.

William Cheung: An advanced student of Grandmaster Yip Man. Teacher of Robin Gardiner in Wing Chun Kung Fu.

Robin Gardiner: Whilst already 2nd Dan Goju Ryu (Karate) he was invited, around the late 60's to early 70's, to learn Kung Fu under William Cheung. Through Rose Li and other teachers he is an expert in Internal Boxing systems also. Lives in London, though no longer teaches.

Nick McCarthy: Originally from Liverpool, now lives in Hampshire. Long time friend and student of Robin Gardiner, who he still has contact with. Founder of Etheric Boxing Kung Fu - A unique system incorporating the principals of both external and internal Kung Fu. Has early boxing experience, along with Wing Chun, Tai Chi and the other internal systems. (Nick now teaches Transformation Boxing in Romsey)

Phil Allen: Began early, with martial experience in ABA competition and Muay Thai. Continued Boxing in the army, winning Battalion Welterweight title 1980-81. Trained in Wing Chun, Karate (Goju Ryu), with Hsing-Yi and Tai Chi. Has vast 'street' experience over the years. Now lives in Fareham, Hampshire, where he has taught Kung Fu for 8 years at his private residence. He is 42 years old.
